'Email Order Details' Does Not Send Email for Orders Created by Anonymous User (Doc ID 2097583.1)

Symptoms

'Email Order Details' in Oracle Commerce Cloud Service Agent version 15.4.0.5 does not send email for orders created by anonymous users.
When 'Email Order Details' button is pressed in the Agent, it does not trigger an Order Confirmation email to be sent.
The following INFO line is found in the log indicating that this order is created by anonymous user.


Reproducible Steps

1. Using storefront, create an order with a guest or anonymous user and note the order number and email address.
2. Log into Agent.
3. Search for the order created in Step 1 and open the order.
4. Press 'Email Order Details' button displayed in 'Order Details' section.  --> Email is not sent.
