Fusion Absence Management: Accrual Balance Incorrect (Balance is Negative) Upon Termination

An accrual plan has been defined that uses the hire date anniversary as the plan term. An employee has an accrual balance remaining, when they are terminated as of the day prior to their anniversary. Their accrual is recalculated, and shows a negative number. For example:
The employee has 2 days accrual balance left till the end of the anniversary year. The employee is terminated at the end of the year. Accrual balance as of the termination date is -18. The balance should be 2 days.
