Not Able To Delete Active Import Activities

Several csvs for customer import were imported and the imports are either in status = "Completed with errors" or "Base Table Upload in Progress". 2 of the imports are still active, as below:

Error: The process fails to load data into import interface tables. Cause: java.lang.Exception: Data error count is greated than error threshold.
