Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Performance Management

Unable to access My Reputation work area

Getting error while trying to access "My Reputation" page on Release 10 it redirects to an error page : "The Oracle Cloud environment is currently unavailable". Please see attached document.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to POD as Employee/Manager
2. Navigator > About Me > Reputation
