Symptoms

Customer or Agent Order Search doesn’t work.


Example, search for Orders in Agent tool, receive an error “Search client failed to fetch the records. Return code: 100001”.

  1. Go to the Agent tool url and login into tool.
  2. Click on Orders (tab) for Order Search screen
  3. In “Order #”, enter order number, example o10059.
  4. Receive Error: Search client failed to fetch the records. Return code: 100001
