Symptoms

Fusion HCM R9 Cloud - "Workforce Management - Accrual Real Time" subject area. "Annual Accrual" data includes the prior years Accrual data


Unexpected behavior

1. Review the Annual Accrual value for the example employee, via the UI >  

Manage Absence Records screen > Accrual Plan Balance: Vacation

Balance Calc date 1/31/16
Plan Period Start Date 1/1/16
Total 12 Days

Details:
1/1/16 Type = "Annual Accrual" , Value=10    <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
2. Create custom analysis "Workforce Management - Accrual Real Time" with "Annual Accrual " column
3.. Annual Accrual (and 'Taken Absences' )are not calculated the same as on the screen, it include prior year values.
    The OTBI analysis for the same Employee shows Annual Accrual value = 17      <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<                                              
    (10 this year + 7  from previous year)
