After Converting Candidate to Employee - Link In Hard Coded Automated Email Is Not Valid (Doc ID 2098445.1)

When the 'default' Employee Login for the Employee Website" is set to "Candidate Email - Including Password", the system hard-coded email contains an invalid password reset link.


"Security Problem, Link is expired/updated or badly formed."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a candidate record in the user interface
2. Convert to employee
