Unable To Search For Employees In The Manage External Data UI to add to a table (Doc ID 2098609.1)

Symptoms

Customer is unable to search for employees in the Manage External Data UI to add them to a table. Customer searched an individual employee by the name and Person Number. The customer also attempted a general search for any employee with the last name Smith. None of these searches returned values. Customer also attempted to load employees with Import Spreadsheet functionality, and this failed as well.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be able to add the data manually and through spreadsheet.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Compensation>Manage External Data
2. Click Green Plus Icon
3. Enter Name
4. No Data found for any name or search

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add external data for their workers.
