Error: "Process Completed With Errors. See Log File for details." However Logs Files Are Not Created When Exporting/Importing an XML in the P6 Professional Client

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to import or export a Microsoft XML file when using the P6 Professional Client,
the following error occurs.
"Process completed with errors. See log file for details."
However no log files are generated.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Launch and Login into P6 Professional Client
- Attempt to Import or Export and XML file
- Observe error
