Manage Contact Preferences fields are not available for reporting in BI. Can you please add Manage Contact Preferences fields to Subject Areas for reporting?
Navigation Steps in Classic UI.
1. Login to SUI
2. Click on Contacts
3. Select an existing contact
4. Click on Actions More Details (navigates to Classic UI)
5. Expand Phones
6. Click on Actions and select Manage Contact Preferences.
