Your have configured a performance template. The last task for the manager is to request approval from the manager's manager. When the Manager's, Manager rejects the request it should go back to the previous task which is Managers' final feedback. Instead it is going back to the Manager Evaluation which means all of the steps in the task flow after that including Review Meeting Held, Review Meeting acknowledgement, Worker Final Feedback, and Manager Final Feedback have to be redone.
