On : 18.104.22.168.0 version, Microsoft Outlook
Customer would like know the reason why many of the custom fields on the Configure Sales Party form are set as grayed out while others are selectable. There is no difference in format in the gray and selectable fields.
Navigation: Application Composer -> Accounts > Pages -> Outlook Pages -> Default Layout -> Edit Sales Party Form
This is happening in Accounts, Opportunities and Activities objects.
Issue is not present in Production POD
All custom fields should be available for addition in App composer
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create custom fields in app composer
2. For adding the fields to outlook pages, Navigate to Application Composer -> Accounts > Pages -> Outlook Pages -> Default Layout -> Edit Sales Party Form
3. Some custom fields are not available for addition while some are.
