Unable To Search On Contacts Page Using Alphabet (Doc ID 2099409.1)

Symptoms


The contact search from the alphabet is not working after PB12 was installed.

Reproducible Steps

1. Log in to Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Contacts
3. Navigate to ALL to verify that there are contacts created in the system
4. Navigate to different letters of the alphabet
