How to add the languages associated with the resources that could be Employee/Users of the application, in the report?
In OSC UI, the languages can be added by following the steps:
1. Navigator > Setup and Maintenance
2. Search for "Manage Resources" task
3. Go to Task
4. Search for the resource
5. Drilldown in resource Name
6. Click on Skills tab
7. Set "Content Type" = "Languages" click Add.
