Line Manager Observes multiple records for a single employee

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Sign in Fusion Performance Management as a Line Manager
2. Navigator >> Manager resources >> performance >> user is looking at the manager evaluation tab
3. Notice Line Manager can access multiple reports
