Symptoms

When attempting to run the Update Shells functionality through a template, the action never completes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------

  1. Access Unifier environment
  2. Log in as Company Administrator (Actual Requester)
  3. Go to Company Workspace
  4. Switch to Admin mode
  5. Go to Template
  6. Locate template that will be used to Update Shells
  7. Click on button - Update Shells (All)
  8. Check the history after waiting a substantial amount of time and note that it is not running.Requester: Company Administrator (Actual requester name will be displayed)Shells: AllSubmit Date: 01/16/2016 (Actual request submit time)Start Date: [NO VALUE]End Date: [NO VALUE]Status: [NO VALUE]
