Accessing an Oracle Commerce Cloud Service (OCCS) site (storefront, admin, agent, etc.) from an older browser or one that has TLS v1.2 disabled will fail with the following message in the browser:
The browser title will also state "TLS Cipher Negotiation Error Page".
