Fusion Absence Management: Incremental Accrual Plans Process Termination During a Period Incorrectly (Doc ID 2100498.1)

Symptoms

When an employee is terminated part way through an accrual period, a partial period accrual of 0 is being calculated.  The accrual formula includes provision for partial period accruals on termination, so it is expected that a partial period accrual be generated from the date of the last accrual run to the termination date

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. An employee was enrolled in a plan successfully, and accruals run into the future.
2. He was terminated on 13-Jan-2016.
3. The last accrual period ended on 10-Jan-2016, so expect a partial accrual from then to 13-Jan-2016, but an accrual of zero was generated.
