Error Accessing Argus Global Home Page without Console Access

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users without Console Access are getting “Error Fetching User Details” error when accessing Argus Global Home Page.
The same users are able to access Argus Global Home Page if Console Access is enabled.
SSO is enabled and that the HTTP Header variable is configured in Console as "SM_USER"
