On : NA version, Engage

On Monday 25th Jan 2016 the messages were taking too long to be pulled into SRM. Also, the users were unable to perform actions on the messages which had already appeared in SRM Engage

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into SRM
2. Navigate to Engage
3. Compare the latest messages with the native platforms of Facebook & Twitter

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to use Engage for daily activities
