OIM - Reset Password Hyperlink In Email Notification Doesn't Work

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The user receives email from firstname.lastname@example.org with user ID and temporary password and a link in the email to go to Oracle Identity Management (OIM) (In the line where it says 1. Go to Oracle Identity Management application).
When the user selects the hyperlink, nothing happens.
