Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Activity Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Workflow on Opportunity update has two action;1>Email Notification 2>Task Creation.

Email Notification action is not getting completed for specific user whereas for some users all the actions are performed as desired.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Email Notification should get completed for all user if Workflow is getting triggered.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,all users are not getting email notification on email update.
