Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

When attempting to save a Campaign,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.job.Key[...]


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit a Campaign
2. Save it using Save button

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save Campaigns with Save button.
