Call Report Not Carrying Across A Relation From The Parent Activity

On : version, Activity Management

When create an appointment from a Custom Object, the Appointment has the Custom Object name carried across the Custom Object field. This means that the activity is linked to the Custom Object.

The Relation between the Custom Object - Activity is 1:M. A DCL for the Custom Object was created in Activity.

If create a Call Report from that Appointment (already linked to the Custom Object), the Custom Object name is not carried across to the Call Report. The Custom Object field is empty.

How to move across the data into the follow up call report so can link it to the Custom Object automatically?
