Error when Performing a Parts Sync with Salesforce [INVALID_TYPE] (Doc ID 2100958.1)

Symptoms

One of the following scenarios happen:

  1. After performing and failing running an action that involves integration, an error like the one below can be found in the error logs.
  2. "Preview SOAP XML" in the "Integrations" section, executed while being partner logged in, generates an error like the one below.

  

An error occurred while communicating with the partner site.
Error message from the partner site:
INVALID_TYPE:
Name, description, IsActive from pricebook2 where Name='Standard'

sObject type 'pricebook2' is not supported. If you are attempting to use a custom object, be sure to append the '__c' after the entity name. Please reference your WSDL or the describe call for the appropriate names.
