How do I add a new manager type?

I can't seem to find where I can add a new type of manager. There is currently Line manager, product manager, etc. I'd like to add a new type of manager.

I know this is also attached to the role hierarchies, and that may have to be set up. How do I go about doing this? If there is a knowledge article and/or how-to, that would be great. After searching, I couldn't find a match to my request.
