ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to enter Project Execution.

Got error: Error: "You cannot access this page because you are not a project enterprise resource. Contact the project application administrator"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------------
Be able to access Project Execution Management


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access to Projects - Project Execution Management
Error: "You cannot access this page because you are not a project enterprise resource. Contact the project application administrator"
If I try via the implementation tasks for project execution I can only create a new user…
