Missing Data For "TaskSentFor" Element In WorkFlow Information Data Type

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to view some workflows there are fields with no data where there should be data.
the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step by step instructions:
1.) Login to Unifier using Admin account
2.) Navigate to Company Level Reports
3.) Run UDR Customer specific
4.) Save as CSV so you can review later
5.) Run UDR Customer specific
6.) Save as CSV so you can review later
7.) Open both saved CSV, notice that TaskSentFor is blank
Task sent for is a workflow field. In previous versions of Unifier this was fully filled out, as this is handled by the system.
