Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Mobile Sales App

When attempting to access the Account Detail page in OSC Mobile app, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error loading content: Server error.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User attempts to access the Account Detail page in OSC Mobile app.
2. User observes the error "Error loading content: Server error."

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the Account Detail page in OSC Mobile app.
