 Questions
 Question: I have specific questions about a particular app. Where can I go to get more information?
 Question: I am running into an issue with an app or have some questions regarding specific app functionality. Who should I reach out to?
 Question: The app I'm having trouble with or questions on was developed by Oracle. Do I need to provide any particular information in the Service Request?
 Question: After installing the cloud app, where do I find it app on the campaign canvas?
 Issues
 Issue: The app is not showing in the campaign Actions or Decision section, so I can't add it to the campaign canvas.
 Issue: The app being used on my campaign is only processing some contacts.
 Issue: The app being used on my campaign is not processing any contacts!
 Issue: Despite a correctly configured app, some contact fields are not getting updated as expected.
