Symptoms


Unexpected behavior
---------------------------------
- When the report is downloaded (exported) manually out of the OTBI environment, it shows the correct data. when the user refreshes the report (within OTBI), the correct data is shown
- When the same report is consulted on the HR dashboard, it shows a different view, with outdated data. when the user refreshes the report (within OTBI), the correct data is shown
- When the same report is send by ways of an automated Agent (every Friday), outdated data is shown once again

We see that some reports are showing outdated data (for example: performance reports showing that performance documents are in progress, whilst they have already been completed):
