BICS user is getting "Error: Set Preference" while updating Product Tour preference under “My Account” link;   or
User is unable to login to Visual Analyzer;  or

User is unable to save content in their catalog directory with error like

"Exception occurred when saving user preferences to the catalog access denied for user to path  ....   "


 Routine Cloud maintenance such as updating the software may sometimes cause this issue.
