Errors thrown in Opportunities: "Attribute Owner is required" and "Resource ID is invalid”, after creating new users with custom resource role and provisioning rules (Doc ID 2103122.1)

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Opportunities

When attempting to access the Opportunity page in SUI, the following error occurs.

"Attribute Owner is required"


When attempting to create a new Opportunity in SUI, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Resource ID is invalid"


STEPS DONE BEFORE BY THE CUSTOMER
-----------------------

They have a custom resource role named "X", assigning the "administrator" option to it.
Also, they have created a custom external job role called "Y", that inherits some external job roles.
An auto-provisioning rule was also created and named "X". This assigns the "Y" job role to all the active employee that have X resource role.

(A) If they are following below steps, the above mentioned errors are occurring:
1. create a new user from the Manage users page;
2. assign the X resource role to the user;
3. you click on the auto-provision job roles;
4. Save and close;

(B) THE ISSUE IS NO LONGER when you follow below steps:

1. create a new user from the Manage Users page;
2. assign the X resource role to the user;
3. save and close;
4. access in a second time the manage user page for the user and you click auto-provision job role
you don't get the error.
