Symptoms

The following error message appears when attempting to add, copy, edit, or save an Enrollment or Learning Plan, or when editing user accounts or membership statuses:

"The current transaction cannot be committed and cannot support operations that write to the log file. Roll back the transaction. The statement has been terminated."
