Error while running import jobs

We are trying to run an import job for contact and it is erroring out.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC
2. Schedule an import job for Contact
3. Run the import job

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import records using file import.
