Error In Imported Product Group

Symptoms

Below error message is received while importing Product Group:

"A matching record of type Subgroup cannot be found using the value of the attribute PGRel Child PG Internal Name that you provided. Cause: No record exists with the specified user key value. Action: Verify that the record with the specified user key exists. If it does not exist, then remove the record from the data file, or update the record with a valid user key."
