Goal

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version,

Manage Compensation

User experiencing an issue where depending on what is populated first and second, the dynamic column for New Annual Salary is not consistently populating the correct value.

The bring to min column should bring employees to the minimum salary range. When a Merit Increase is applied, if Current Annual Salary + Merit Increase $ is above the Salary Min $, then the bring to min will not calculate.

Steps:
1> Sign in as manager > search for Employee with a Bring to min value
2> Input 4% in the merit increase % column
3> then populate the performance rating drop down
4> New Annual Salary is correct. (Does not include additional Bring to Min Amount)

However if you
1> Sign in as manager > search for Employee with a Bring to min value
2> If you populate the performance rating drop down first
3> then Input 4% in the merit increase % column
4> New Annual Salary is incorrect. (Does include additional Bring to Min Amount)
