Competence data which has To Date in the past are not displayed in Manage Talent Profile page.(Person Management -> Manage Talent Profile)
Only current competency data are displayed there.
1.Navigate to Person Management -> Manage Talent Profile -> Profile Details
2.Select Competencies in Content Type and add a competence
3.Enter past date in To Date field and save
4.Reopen same page, competence data is not shown
