Symptoms

When bulk downloading parts as CSV, there is an error that is produced:

Error running bulk download task. Error in transforming Xml. Error in transforming input. org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: An invalid XML character (Unicode: 0x13) was found in the CDATA section.

When Bulk Downloading Parts in XML format, no error is returned.
