Currently, when running Microsoft Windows 10 on a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 with Microsoft Office 2013, and when Oracle Document Cloud Services (DOCS) sync manager is running, any MS-Office application that is open at that time will freeze. The ability to type, scroll or click with mouse on the application window is locked. The issue will resolve itself when the sync is completed (in about 5-20 seconds). The issue continues as long as MS-Office is in use and Oracle Documents Cloud Service is syncing.
