Missing External Transactions In Manual Reconciliation (Doc ID 2104984.1)

Goal

User can search and see external transactions 'Manage Transactions'. However, these same external transactions do not appear in the system transactions side during 'Manual Reconciliation'.

Steps:

Bank Statements and Reconciliation --->Manual Reconciliation--->Search using Bank Account 

Search results does not display all of the external transactions in the system transactions side
