Goal

Display Absence Plan LDG in the Accrual Summary

Currently the only way to distinguish Absence plans sharing the same name (e.g. “Vacation”) is to either run a query or rename the plan appending the LDG (e.g. Vacation UK).

However, this would cause many problems in reporting.

Distinguishing between plans is important since there have been many cases where transferred employees have carried over their old plans to their new assignment (which shouldn’t be possible) and HR people don’t know which plan belongs to the old LDG because they can’t distinguish between them.

In the Summary View you can see the plan terms start and end dates driven from the config. In addition to this it would useful to have the LDG the plan belongs to as well.

Path: Navigator > Person Management > Manage Absence Records > Expand Plan Participation > Click on Absence Plan (Shows summary of accrual balance - on this window the LDG of the plan should be listed)
