Cannot Update SSH Public Key

The ARCHPRD server was created successfully in the Compute Cloud Service. We can start and stop it fine. We had an on-premise server that we used to connect via SSH to ARCHPRD. However, this on-premise server was decommissioned. So we need to update the SSH Public Key in Compute Cloud Service to use a different on-premise server. What is the correct way to update an SSH public key so we can SSH from the other on-premise server?
