After Changing User Login in OIM Error IAM-3010190 Thrown and User Cannot Access Their Account

After Changing User Login in OIM, the Login Username is not changed in Unifier, the user cannot access their account, and the following error is thrown: IAM-3010190 : Either the RDN Common Name of the user is being modified, or the user container is changed without referential integrity being enabled on target LDAP directory.
Caused by changing the User Login in OIM.
