Goal

Why does Base Salary Field on the worksheet shows blank values on running the refresh process?


Client created a Compensation plan to give bonus to only terminated employees. When running Start compensation cycle process all the terminated employees and their details are shown correctly.

If client runs refresh process, the salary values become blank. The salary is end dated as on date, but they don't want salary to be refreshed, so they have unchecked the "Refresh base and eligible salary" when running the Refresh process.

Still, the salary becomes blank.
