Unable To Scroll Down Quotes In Salesforce iFrame Using iPads

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After opening a quote from Salesforce using an iPad, users cannot scroll down on the quote. This only occurs when viewing the quotes in an iFrame.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Salesforce on an iPad.
2. Navigate to an Oracle CPQ Cloud quote.
3. Open the quote.
4. Notice there are no scroll bars to allow scrolling down the page.
