Cannot Upload CSV For Adding New Users

On : NA version, Workflow and Automation

There is an error when trying to upload the csv of users for invitation to SRM

The CSV file you have provided could not be parsed. Please check the content and try again.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Workflow & Automation -> Users
2. Click on "Invite Users"
3. From the popup download the csv template
4. Update the csv with user's information
5. Upload the template

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have to be added manually one by one
