Campaigns: 'Removed by User' Campaign Exit

Contacts have suddenly exited the campaign. When navigating to the campaign's Campaign Exit Report ( on the right-hand side of the Campaign Canvas), the Exit Type message for one or more contacts is "Removed by User".
