In Customer Information Sometimes Shows Extra Fields That Appears On The Page

Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.1.10.0.0 version, in customers page, sometimes there are extra fields that appears on the page:

Fields like:
 - Person: Marital Status, TaxPayer Identification and others
 - Organization: DUNS Number, Ultimate DUNs number, fiscal year end month and others

These is not happening everytime.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting to have the same fields always


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Billing > Manage Customer
3. Query a customer, review there is few fields
4. Go to Billing > Create Customer
5. The fields are different than step #3
