Catalog Import Does Not Work For pt_BR Locale

You are trying to import the catalog via Catalog > Manage Catalog > Import, but it fails with the following error:

"FAILURE - Items must be created in the default location of the store."

Your store location is set to Portuguese (Brazilian) and the locale used when you import the catalog is pt_BR.
